Butchers Row documents the roofed street in Leeds Kirkgate Market, UK, which houses 15 butchers shops, each working side by side. Atkinson says he took the photographs one Saturday morning before the market was open to the public as the businesses were setting up for the day. The paper use is recycled unchlorinated 80gsm. Similar to the paper once used by butchers to wrap meat.
