‘Light of Other Days’ is a photo book by Berlin-based photography duo, featuring a selection of 44 monochrome photographs of rather ambiguous objects. Typically experimenting with the photographic process, Onorato and Krebs created these images by placing a sheet of photo-sensitive paper directly in front of an analogue camera, resulting in an instant image. Included is a short story titled Eighteenth Voyage from Stanislaw Lem’s Memoir’s of a Space Traveller (1982).
Taiyo Onorato & Nico Krebs were both born in 1979 in Switzerland. They live and work collaboratively in Berlin.
