“Weather Dependent is an issue based publication, which originated as part of my research undertaken in the MA Communication Design course at Central Saint Martins 2011 – 2013
My MA research explored the roles of adaptation and discovery in the design process and resulted in the production of this 112 page independent publication. Weather Dependent acts as a shared space for discussion on place, localised stories and design thinking, and recognises relationships between these three topics. Content includes: interviews with Ken Garland, Hansje Van Halem and Daniel Eatock, projects from designers Brian Heffernan, Cian McKenna, and me&him&you, and writing from Kate O’Brien and Hamish”
