Toward the edge of the landscape photography – 8 years after his debut photo book “Mahiru” (2001, Seigensha) which captured the scenery of the night, the photographer, Tomoki Imai, who has established his strong, subtle and tranquil world has completed his longtime work.
Forests, streets, rooms… the sceneries make us aware of to stare and to remember – we’ve seen but can’t catch. Printed the subtle murmur of the sceneries, a new masterpiece has born with the quiet and strong impact creating ripple in our minds to the end of time.
Tomoko Imai was born in 1974, and lives and works in Tokyo, Japan.
