Millennium Images is unique among picture libraries: it selects its photographers first for their artistic merits. This new catalogue showcases work by 325 individuals – established names, such as Chris Harrison, Nadege Meriau, Simon Norfolk, Michael Ormerod, and Edgar Martins, appear alongside many rising young stars. Though their practices are diverse, these photographers share an unparalleled commitment to their medium.
This year’s catalogue features a striking design. A ‘naked bound’ spine, designed by Chris Thomson of Studio Thomson , exposes beautiful orange stitching. This reductive act is indicative of Millennium’s belief that images should speak for themselves.
Much thanks goes out to Park Communications for their commitment to the project. They sourced paper stock from Italy, choose thread from Spain, and ensured maximum fidelity to original images. The final print was achieved on a brand new state-of-the-art Heidelberg. We hope you enjoy the results
